GATHERINGS BEGIN JUNE 7

Live services are starting back up on Sunday, June 7 at 10am!

Our Plan to Reopen

The state has officially opened up churches to begin gathering again, with conditions. As an elder team we have put together a reopening plan, which we will share with you next week, that seeks to comply as best we can with the current health guidelines from the state.

The main thing to know is that we are adopting a gradual phased in approach to our gatherings. We will not have all the ministries up and running right away, but we have a goal of getting back to more normal operations by the Fall.

We have a max capacity of 100 people inside. We have adjusted the chairs to accommodate social distancing, and will be setting up seating outside in the parking lot as well for those who might feel more comfortable being outside.

We will not have kids ministry for a little while but will be working with our Kids Director to set up some kind of special kids time during the service for those kids who come.

We will be required to wear masks for a least the next few weeks. So, if you have a mask, please plan on bringing it with you on Sunday, if not we are happy to provide one for you.

We will have congregational singing but will adjust the musicians on stage in order to give appropriate space.

We fully understand and appreciate that there will be some in our church who will not be joining us for our in-person gathering a little while longer. In order to help accommodate this population, we will be setting up a live-stream option via our Facebook Page in order to allow for those in our church who may not be able to join our physical gatherings yet, but still want to participate in our services.

Finally, we will partake of the Lord’s Supper with individual self-serve cups.

We are extremely excited to have us get back together again! The LORD has been so good to us as a church to keep us together and in many ways, even letting us thrive as a church in this season! Thank you all for your continuing commitment to the LORD and this church. I am personally humbled by your faith, love, and devotion to Christ and His Bride. It has been one of the greatest honors of my life to help shepherd this wonderful community of faith in these trying times and the dark waters of this pandemic. I am blessed beyond counting to call myself one of your pastors, and I can’t wait to see how God continues to transform us as we move out of this season of pandemic together.
